Parallel Resonant Circuit CalculatorThis function calculates the input impedance, Zin, the undamped natural frequency, Fn, the resonant frequency, Fr, the Q, and the impedance, Zin (magnitude and phase), as well as the impedance, Zf, at any given frequency of the parallel circuit shown. If the damping is such that Q is less than 1, the circuit will not resonate and Fr will have a value of zero (0). If the phase of the impedance is less than 10-¹² degrees the angle is set to zero (0).

This function lets you change the units used in the calculation. Once you select the units they will remain in effect until you exit REC unless you choose to select them as default.

Note: Changing units for this function will also change the units for 'Fr', 'Sr', and 'Zn' functions.

RL, L, and C are all required values, enter them in the selected units.
